HERE'S THE DEAL
Now that's what I call a"cultural exchange!"
Here's the deal. Ken is from China and I'm from San Diego, California. This summer, I'm going to navigate the two of us through America using google maps. We will spend 2 months riding from coast to coast in the USA. I have never done a trip of this magnitude before so not only am I getting to know my country, I'm going to share it with Ken. When we are finished with this journey, I'm going to China with Ken and he's going to show me his country.

The trip: from Anacortes, WA to New York City, NY
Departure: May 20th, 2008
Arrival: August 10th, 2008 (hopefully)
As of July 23rd, we have traveled 450 miles on (temporary) $70 Walmart bikes and 2,170 on our new tandem bike totalling 2,620 miles!
